Mediatecture for Stiebel Eltron, ISH 2013

At the ISH 2013, Stiebel Eltron playfully and interactively conveys its complex topics. Projektpilot generated and realized therefore mediatectonic installations.

The “House of the Future” constitutes the core of the stand architecture, in which Stiebel Eltron staff helps visitors grasp the innovative solutions of the future by means of interactive stations, developed and produced by Projektpilot. Analogue everyday objects like a table are playfully arranged as a media place of dialogue: here by object tracking of a red house the user is provided an outlook on the future saving potential. By turning the symbolic token, the user reaches the different levels of upgrading. This enables them to calculate their efficiency. At station 2 a shift-screen explains the functions and possibilities of the innovative product “Internet-Service-Gateways”, which enables users to also control devices when they are not at home. Another mediatectonic area is the object construction gateway which is embedded into the fair design by means of an arranged city silhouette. Here gesture-directed touch-screens allow visitors to selectively navigate through the diversity of the contents.
